REFUND POLICY

By registering as a member at ClixZing.com, and purchasing advertising credits or membership upgrade fees at ClixZing.com, you agree to ClixZing.com's refund policy stated below:

ClixZing.com is an online paid to click/read and advertising system. All product/membership orders are effectuated instantly upon purchase. A request for a refund must be submitted to ClixZing.com, via a help desk support request ticket, within 3 days of purchase date.

ClixZing.com will accept a request for refund if:

1. The purchaser has NOT used any of the services (i.e.;  used the advertising credits to gain visitors to their site by PTC ads, Banners, Text ads or email ads), as the services purchased from ClixZing.com are digital and immediate in nature.
2. The purchaser has NOT received any commission or earnings.

Further, in the event of a refund, the purchaser will forfeit any commissions or earnings accumulated as a result of said purchase being refunded (ie; referral commissions gained from a membership upgrade purchase).

Any attempts to acquire a chargeback constitute theft and fraud, and are grounds for legal prosecution.  Purchaser will be liable for all legal and administrative cost associated with the chargeback and minimum penalty of $1500USD. Plus any unused services shall be forfeited upon expiration or termination of services. See the ClixZing.com TOS for more information regarding chargeback fees and penalties.

WHEN YOU COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE, YOU, THE BUYER, ARE CLAIMING THAT YOU HAVE READ, ACCEPTED, AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
 
THIS AGREEMENT IS A CONTRACT.  UNDER THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT YOU RECEIVE CERTAIN RIGHTS DUE YOU FROM THE SELLER AND YOU, IN TURN, GIVE THE SELLER CERTAIN RIGHTS THAT AFFECT YOU.  THIS CONTRACT ALSO CONTAINS PROVISIONS THAT DELINEATE AND RESTRICT YOUR RIGHTS ABOUT REFUND AND WARRANTY AND THAT LIMIT THE LIABILITY OF THE SELLER.

YOU MUST ACCEPT THESE TERMS OR THE SELLER WILL NOT TRANSACT BUSINESS WITH YOU OR SELL A PRODUCT, SERVICE OR MEMBERSHIP TO YOU, AND YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS.

YOUR PLEDGE OF AN UNDERSTANDING OF THIS CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE RIGHTS, DUTIES, AND LIMITATIONS EMBODIED IN IT, IS A MATERIAL PART OF THE LEGAL CONSIDERATION THAT THE SELLER REQUIRES FROM YOU AS A CONDITION OF SALE.
